May 10th Pike Island 5, 10 and 2km races at Ft. Snelling State park.
Directions, Ft. Snelling is by the MSP airport to get to the park, exit on Post road and drive down to the park. There is a daily and yearly fee required for MN State Parks. The race will begin on Pike Island so take the road all the way to end by the visitor Center. Registration will be by the Visitor Center and the race begins about 1/4 mile away on Pike Island. The course will be on Pike Island and it is flat and dirt.
May 24th & September 6th, 5, 10, 1km races in Oakdale, on the Gateway Trail
The race will be held on the Gateway trail beginning by the 694 bridge. To get to the start take hwy 36 to Hadley, go S. on Hadley about 50 meters and take a Left onto 55th st. Go about 1/4 mile to the end and there is a parking lot where registration will be. The course is out and back on a fairly flat course.
